How to make a call with TelMe CallBack app for Android

To make a call, you have to insert your phone number in the first field in the international format (for example, 8911xxxxxxx).

Insert a destination number in the international format in the second field (for example, 8924xxxxxxx).

If you have a destination number listed in your contacts, it's enough to press "Contacts" button and choose the needed person or number.

Then, press "Connect numbers" button and wait for the incoming call.

The final price of the call via TelMe consists of the price of the call on the first number together with the price of the call on the second number. The tariff is per-second.

How to get a landline number

To get a landline number, log on to your account on our website www.telme.ru and tick a city or country, where you want to get your number, in "Additional service booking" section. Further instructions and a list of available numbers will be sent to an e-mail, registered in your account.

An amount of numbers, you can get, is not restricted.

Number identification

If you reach a phone with CLI, the interlocutor will only see your TelMe number. If you don't have a TelMe number, a phone with CLI won't be able to recognize the number you call from.

To make your number identifiable, specify it in "Number identification" section opposite the line. If you have a few numbers, choose the one you need to be identified.

If you don't want your number to be identified, cancel its identification in "Number identification" section.

Notice! If you haven't paid a license fee for the number in time, it becomes inactive and its identification, consequently, becomes impossible.

How to receive a call on your personal landline number on a cellular

Go to "Call forwarding" section in your account. Select a needed number opposite your line. Then, insert a mobile phone number, which the incoming calls from your landline number will be forwarded to. Then press "Set" button. Now all incoming calls from your landline number will be forwarded to a specified mobile number. Thus, call forwarding can be set for your home or office number. The cost of every call is calculated according to TelMe per-second tariffs.

For example: USA - 81011231234567, Germany - 8104912312345678

To call another TelMe user, dial his line number. For example, 00010004 (internal TelMe number of escort).

When should you pay the license fee for a personal landline number

The license fee for a personal landline number is deducted from your balance on the first day of each month. If you have a personal landline number, you have to top-up to cover the license fee by the first day of every month.

How to find out the balance on the account

You can find out the balance in your account page. Within the TelMe CallBack ap you can find out the balance by pressing "Update" button.

Also, you can set an SMS-notification of approaching to zero.

Variants of appeals

1. The user issues a question (further - Request) in writing (free form) with a compulsory designation of client's code or phone number, that was subscribed in TelMe, sends it to the technical support service via e-mail to support@telme.ru from the e-mail, specified by the User during registration.

2. The User can reach technical support service via phone numbers: +7 495 663 73 73 and +7 812 336 42 42.

If necessary, the User can be advised about the Request filling when calling the technical support service.

Dispute resolution

1. After receiving the Request, a remote diagnostics of an operating condition of the services chosen by the User is carried through by a specialist in charge.

2. In case services' incorrect operations were caused by the User, the User has to describe all his actions that led to the result.
